Mark P. Haaksman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of COREangels Algarve, a fund focused on climate-positive startups using the Algarve as a living lab. With a background in international business and a passion for regional impact, Mark empowers early-stage founders building sustainable and scalable ventures.

He joined the COREangels Angel Fund Launchpad Program in 2024 and co-launched COREangels Algarve in 2025 with Wouter Heijnen. With a clear focus on mentorship, innovation, and climate resilience, Mark is helping shape the next generation of founders and angel investors in Southern Europe.
