Cintia Mano is a seasoned executive and angel investor with over 25 years of experience bridging corporate strategy and entrepreneurial innovation. As the former CEO of COREangels International, she led the growth of a global angel investing network that scaled to 14 funds across Europe, LATAM, MEA, and the US, backing more than 120 early-stage startups.

She is the co-author of Angel Investing Explained, a practical guide that demystifies startup investing for new angels. Cintia also co-created the Angel Investors Hub, a learning platform designed to support aspiring investors with the right tools, knowledge, and confidence to take their first steps.

With a background in Computer Science and an MBA, plus executive education from IMD, MIT, and LSE, Cintia blends analytical thinking with people-first leadership. Her mission is to help startups scale with purpose—and empower investors to support them beyond capital.
